Welcome to the City of Columbiana “Biggest Little Town In Ohio.”

Columbiana is the only community in Columbiana County that has seen a population growth in the last ten years.

Columbiana is a great location to conduct business. Strategically located in Northeast Ohio where S.R. #14, #46, #164, and S.R. 344 intersect. Columbiana is located eight (8) miles south of Ohio Turnpike exit #234, one and one half (1-1/2) mile east of limited access four lane S.R. 11 and eighteen (18) miles South of Interstate 80, 680 and 76. The Ohio River with barge loading and unloading facilities is located just twenty two (22) miles south of Columbiana. A main track of Norfolk Southern traverses the City. The Pittsburgh International Airport is located forty two (42) miles to the east of us and can be accessed in less than one hour.

The City is home to a progressive, pro business City Administration which works with the existing industries and commercial entities to help them be very successful. The City has an abundant skilled work force available. Columbiana operates it own electric, water and sanitary sewer systems, which gives the City’s businesses top notch service. Our reliability is second to none.

The City has many diversified industries with no large industry. The diversity includes, Pattern Making Shops, Fabrication Shops, Stamping Facilities, Small Foundries, Polymer Extrusion plants, Machine Shops, Powder Coating Shops, and Welding Shops to name a few. Most of the businesses are owned by community individuals and families.
